Amy (Chidichimo) Saxton, is raising money to go to Kenya this summer to help build a bakery there with the Whole Planet Foundation. The foundation is paying for her food and lodging, but she has to come up with the plane ticket, shots, etc. She grew up in Matawan and has been doing all sorts of things to help people in need in recent years.
