While the chopping of bones is normal for Portuguese BBQ, the pork ribs had little meat, so when they cut them across instead of between the bones, we ended up with mostly bone and gristle. It was difficult to eat sometimes, sort of like eating fish with the bone in. I'll go back, but I think I'll try the steaks and fish next time.
